
The Perfect Personal Training Session
With a simple science-backed formula, this session will provide a plug-and-play system for delivering a top-level personal training session every time. From start to finish, you will learn how to build and order your workout so that it’s tailor-made to each individual client’s fitness and performance goals. As an added bonus, we will cover more than 45 warm-up movements and stabilization exercises to maximize the client’s training experience.

- Explain the differences between static, stabilization and dynamic warmup items.
- Apply post-warmup loading sequences, observing appropriate order and safety measures.
- Identify unique, smart cooldown techniques to use after a challenging training session.
- Discuss high-level engagement and coaching strategies that ensure clients fully understand your long-term value to them.
