Build a Better Core: From Science to Application
Most of your clients consistently request core work because they are hoping for optimal aesthetic outcomes. Truth be told, you want them to be more functional, have better balance and develop muscular strength. Can we meet halfway? Yes! In this workshop, Len will provide the latest research on optimal core training and the most valuable protocols. Tricia and Mindy will apply this research to exercise and program design.
