He is an experienced international presenter, lecturer, business consultant, fitness content developer and training director. Sheldon is a passionate and dynamic presenter who has been featured in numerous fitness education and training videos, and is currently the personal training director for Universal Athletic Club based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
