Glute Training: From Beginner to Advanced

From glute activation, isolation and enhancement to correction, strength, power and hypertrophy, you will learn the best exercises for all clients and goals.
Learning Objectives
- Describe the anatomy and physiology of the major glute muscles.
- Demonstrate and implement glute testing for weakness and/or range of motion.
- Identify common types of pain or injury caused by glute weakness.
- Perform and demonstrate proper corrective glute activation exercises.
- Program glute exercises for a variety of client goals using proper exercise selection and set repetition ranges.
