Len Kravitz, PhD, is the program coordinator of exercise science and a researcher at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, where he recently won the Outstanding Teacher of the Year award. Len was also honored as the 2006 Fitness Educator of the Year by the American Council on Exercise.
Zachary Mang, MS
Zachary Mang, MS, is a teaching assistant at the Exercise Physiology Laboratory at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque where he is also a doctoral student in exercise physiology. He is passionate about translating science to practice and resistance training research, especially as it pertains to the health and well-being of general-population clients.

Michael came into the fitness industry full time following a career in professional baseball in which he played for 3 Major league organizations. During his Baseball career, Mike had the pleasure of working with and creating programs for many fellow athletes, providing the foundation for a future career in the fitness industry. Mike is the owner of The LAB (Performance & Sports Science) in Fairfield, NJ, a member of the Under Armour training team, and a TRX Senior Master Course Instructor teaching various educational formats. Mike is the recipient of the Prestigious 2017 IDEA Personal Trainer of the year award and also the 2013 TRX Overall Instructor of the Year award (F.A.C.E.U.P) for his great attitude, community spirit, and inspirational teaching. Mike specializes in Performance enhancement for the modern athlete and active adults. He is currently certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal trainer, Corrective exercise specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He has received his Bachelor of Science degree from Kean University and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Performance Enhancement.
