This session will explore anatomy in the real-world environment, and provide progressive exercise techniques to impact movement and enhance function for clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes. Lauren Shroyer, MS, ATC
Lauren Shroyer, MS, is the director of product development at ACE, where she oversees the ongoing development of ACE certification study programs and continuing education courses. Lauren has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years as a certified athletic trainer with proven success and a wide range of experience. In her practice today, Lauren specializes in the rehabilitative exercise of athletes with chronic overuse injuries, helping athletes of all ages return to the sports and activities they love.
