Learn complexes of metabolic drills that can be used for 4- to 6-week workout blocks with progressions and added intention so clients and participants learn how to FEEL progress from week to week. Experience drills that challenge cardio strength and core with disruptive variations that will keep the workouts challenging and results happening.

Elizabeth Lenart, MEd

Elizabeth Lenart, MEd, has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She is the owner of Studio E Fitness in West Springfield, Massachusetts. She Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in educational psychology. She is both Program Director and Master Trainer for Balletone. She is a Master Trainer for Tabata Bootcamp and Barre Above. She is a Senior Master Trainer for BOSU and Surge Performance Fitness.

Learning Objectives

  1. Define the term HIIT, or high-intensity interval training.
  2. Differentiate between a Tabata@trade; workout and 20:10 timing.
  3. Explain the term monster set.
  4. Implement class plans for both freestyle and prechoreographed formats.
  5. Design exercise plans that can be used for multiple sessions.
  6. Modify class plans using variables such as speed, range of motion (ROM), work and recovery durations, load and intensity.

  3. Take the test. (You must score 80% to pass. If you do not pass, you may retake the test.)
  4. Print your certificate of completion.
