Three-Dimensional Kettlebell Training, by Functional Training Institute
Most people assume that kettlebell exercises are primarily performed through a single plane of motion. This course dispels this misconception and introduces a vast array of exercises that include the frontal and transverse planes. The exercises are ideal for developing rotational strength, stability and coordination. Take this course and experience unseen exercises that are innovative, effective and will add great variety and fun to all your training sessions.
