Handstands
Whether you have never tried to handstand but have always wanted to, or you have a freestanding handstand you would like to improve upon, come learn the exercises that will take you to the next level. From the three core locomotion patterns to mobility moves and basic body-weight skills, this workshop will break down the fundamentals of handstanding as well as offer insight into how to best train the body by working on strength, flexibility and motor control.
Rose Calucchia
Rose Calucchia has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. From working in big box gyms as a personal trainer to owning her own studio, Rose has experienced many different sides of the business. Most recently, Rose works closely with GMB Fitness, specializing in bodyweight gymnastics-style training, as a Lead Trainer. She teaches workshops and seminars, as well as coaches the GMB Trainer Apprenticeship, helping new trainers obtain their GMB Trainer Certification. Apart from teaching movement, Rose works with trainers on various aspects of business development, helping trainers promote themselves and grow their businesses.
