In this session, two top fitness leaders and social media experts will teach you to get savvy on Instagram and Facebook, share tips and examples for your club and studio and explain how to showcase your clients’ success to drive business and dollars.
Nickie Carrigan
Nicole (Nickie) Carrigan is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. With more than 15 years experience in the fitness industry, she can motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. Nickie also carries specialty certificates in a variety of areas including Beachbody's World Class Programs INSANITY and PiYo, Les Mills BodyVive, Aqua Fitness, TRX, Kettlebell, and Active Older Adults. Nickie has helped clients from ages 6-93 lead a more active and healthy lifestyle.
Sarah Morrison
Sarah Morrison is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and 2x Elite Beachbody® coach. She began her career as a broadcast journalist with a passion for fitness, but she soon transitioned to a fitness professional with a niche for marketing. She is the communications director of Bay Athletic Club where she oversees their social media, website and newsletter, and helps strategize for new programs and offerings. In her Beachbody business, she leads a team of more than 500 coaches and has built her own brand for women who value their health and crave positivity.
