Effective Cueing, Communications and Coaching for In-Person and Virtual Group Fitness Classes
Problem - The Covid pandemic forced industries to quickly change the way they function. Trainers used to the energy felt in a packed studio were suddenly talking to a camera lens rather than looking people in the eye. The skills and mindset to teach in-person v’s virtual differ enormously but both can be learnt. Solution - Understand how to maximize in-person interactions and learn what methods can be adapted to work in the world of virtual coaching. This session - Teaches how to develop a mindset and skills to optimise every coaching interaction.
