Matt Wright MS, EP-C is a Partner at The Fort Athletic Club in Oceanport, NJ. Matt has spent 10+ years in Fitness Leadership with an emphasis on member engagement, programmatic solutions for personal/group training, staff education/retention and team culture.
Matt is an International Presenter/Educator, member of the IDEA World Personal Trainer Committee and former President of NEHRSA. Matt has educated as an adjunct professor teaching: Kinesiology, Anatomy & Physiology, and Exercise Technique & Prescription. He holds a Masters Degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist.
Sheldon McBee
Sheldon McBee, MS, has a master's in degree in human nutrition, is an ACE-certified personal trainer, and has over 18 years of experience in health and fitness. He is an experienced international presenter, lecturer, business consultant, fitness content developer and training director. Sheldon is a passionate and dynamic presenter who has been featured in numerous fitness education and training videos, and is currently the personal training director for Universal Athletic Club based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
