Navigating all the trendy diets touted in the media is confusing for your clients. They come to you for sound advice, so you feel responsible for staying up to date. Whether you work with elite athletes, weekend warriors or anyone in between, Kelly will address the challenges you face when clients come looking for sports nutrition advice. She will also cover the basics of sports nutrition science with practical solutions to get your clients to increase their intake of whole and plant-based foods for optimal fitness, performance and health.
Kelly Jones MS, RD, CSSD, LDN
Kelly Jones, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, is a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics who works with athletes at every level. She has directed nutrition and medical fitness programs for fitness clubs, and she co-created the exercise science program during her tenure as an associate professor of nutrition at Bucks County Community College. Kelly acts a nutrition communications consultant and national media spokesperson, regularly featured in broadcast segments as well as publications such as Runner’s World, Men's Health, Well + Good and more. She also runs an online sports nutrition courses and shares resources via KellyJonesNutrition.com and @KellyJonesRD.
