The Bender Ball® Method Training certification equips instructors with the proper techniques and systems to effectively utilize the Bender Ball® for strengthening the core without compromising the back. This experiential education teaches a robust coaching and movement methodology to help clients build body awareness, self-esteem and confidence. Walk away with a deep understanding of how to move authentically with one of the most innovative and impactful tools developed for the fitness industry.

Learning Objectives

• Experience our innovative training method first to feel your body move authentically using the Bender Ball and techniques in combination with challenging functional integrated exercises

• Expand your skills and techniques as you learn an easy to implement The Bender movement training system that delivers profound results for individuals of all ages and abilities

• Develop a deeper understanding of the connection between muscles and fascia as they relate to many types of movement

• Learn to coach participants to truly feel their body move using intelligent language that builds body awareness, self-esteem and confidence

• Understand the science and research that creates the program of our unique training system to appreciate “the why” behind the exercise design choices we make

• Upgrade their program design strategies and skills to select exercises that train movement based on the planes of motion and the primary myofascial lines to create a body that moves with freedom and flow

• Embrace the value of a combination of Pilates, Yoga, group and a robust core mind-body approach for all disciplines of fitness training

• Look at and evaluate the specific “usage of the Bender Ball”

• Create classes based on the many ways the Bender Ball adds a safer approach to many exercises

Course Procedure

  1. Enroll in the course. 
  2. View the course content. 
  3. Take the test. (You must score 80% to pass. If you do not pass, you may retake the test.) 
  4. Print your certificate of completion.
