During this teacher training course, you will learn all the skills necessary to successfully teach the SculptXV trademarked group fitness format. Use this certification to teach at your studio or become a master instructor and lead teacher trainings in the future!

Learning Objectives

1. Develop masterful 8-count cueing technique for beat-based instruction

2. Become an expert in cueing for alignment and movement

3. Create your own SculptXV class program

4. Learn how to create a safe and inclusive environment through cueing

Course Procedure

  1. Enroll in the course.
  2. View the course content.
  3. Take the test. (You must score 80% to pass. If you do not pass, you may retake the test.)
  4. Print your certificate of completion.
