
Coaching HIIT-A Practical Approach to Programming
This course provides an introduction to HIIT, how trainers can assess and prepare clients for bodyweight HIIT, considerations for designing a HIIT course, and keys to success. Also included are detailed demonstrations of squat, push-up, vertical pull, glute-bridge, and broad jump exercises, common mistakes, and how to correct them.

- Apply the tools to assess client readiness for HIIT programming.
- Develop HIIT programming for novice clients based on appropriate exercise prescription considerations.
- Demonstrate understanding of correct exercise technique for body weight exercises.
- Use the art of coaching to implement cues to correct common errors.
