When does my membership expire?

1. Go to Subscriptions (https://www.ideafit.com/myaccount/?action=subscriptions) and find your latest active membership.
2. On the right side of the page, you will see the Date column showing the date of the next billing. This date is both your expiration date and your renewal date.

My membership renewed, but I wanted to cancel my membership and get a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund based on the terms and conditions (https://www.ideafit.com/terms-and-conditions/) of the membership you agreed to when signing up.
